History: Formally living with her mother in the Southern water tribe, Luta grew up learning to master water bending. By the time she was 13 she moved to the northern tribe to study with her uncle. When she turned 17 she moved to Republic city where she quickly took up fighting in the pro-bending league to pass the time.
