The president read the letter from the Republic of Nigeria next. "'We simply want to educate the people of the USA, and to maintain a firm eye on the political state of your country...'"

The president sighed and leaned back in his chair. The people of the USA were like children to them. They needed to be looked after and educated. Barely able to suppress his anger, the president began composing another letter.

Recently, I was confronted by a group of United Africans. They were all part of the military, and complained that they were underpaid and deserved a higher rank. I propose that we allow United Africans to be able to hold higher ranks within their military, even if only slightly. In addition, I would like to remind you that the bulk of our military equipment is rightfully ours and has been constructed within our country, with the exception of a few tanks and artillery.
