Weapon(s): Two bowling balls, and whatever she finds around her.
Bio: Cia was never seen as a normal child. She was born without fully developed arms so she normally wears long sleeve shirts to cover up her deformity. Prosthetics never seemed to work with her as she was too unstable. She accepted to be experimented on in hopes that she would find a better way to get through life without arms. However since the experiments she has become even more unstable and wants to gain more power. She seems really nice when you first meet her but once you get to know her it is easy to see just how unstable she is.

Power: Shapeshift(Linia’s powers do not allow her to turn into regular animals, she can only become humanoid like creatures of myth and from video games, each with their own abilities.)

They offered their own children up for money. Linia and Cinia were given to scientists to be experimented on  and as a result they now both have the power to shape shift into different beings.
