Maybe, for the tournament, both parties roll per round. The difference between the two character's skill ratings is added to the higher rated character. Obviously the higher number wins, and again obviously, it's 2/3. I.E., Hikari is a 7 with Yosuke while Hikashi is a 9 with Narukami (Which is a fairly even MU I think?). Hikari rolls a 5, Hikashi rolls a 4. (9 - 7) + 4 = 6 so Hikashi wins despite the lower roll. Next round, Hikari rolls 1 and Hikashi decimates with a 8. Hikashi wins the match. Not sure how match-ups would work. Maybe +1 or -1 if it's favorable or not? Idk.
