Good post, but one problem I noticed while reading: 6000 is huge for a mercenary company. Plus, I've already stated that the main force- now retconned to 5000- will be 3/4 of the overall army, so the Night Hunters + the Grey Winds should come to around 1600 men. 

From this, the Grey Winds could be maybe 1400 men, which is a more reasonable number.
