I know she is called Talon, I always liked X-23 better, if you prefer Talon then I will call her that.

Yes they will blow unless the power is taken away from them first. Destroying the generators will do this.

Most of them are fairly unknown, a few such as Boom-Boom, Canonball and Multi-Man will be there with Beast, Rogue and Nightcrawler being there soon. Toad is there but he will escape once the X-Men push through the main gate and the low level mutants are released. The rest of the known mutants won't be at this camp.

Those like Spider-Man and the Fantastic Four are fine, the MRD don't bother with them, it is another org that deals with them but they won't be in this RP. Mutants are seen as villains to the people, only some think otherwise so people such as Spider-Man are considered heroes where only some think of them as bad guys.
