Al Reyes Al couldn't help but stifle a little laugh at the sight of his roommate. Not often you get to see something that looks like it came straight out of a cartoon. The boy got up to his feet and stretched out once more before attempting to pat his bed head down, suddenly feeling a bit self-conscious about his messy hair around someone he'd just met. That lasted a whole two seconds before deciding he can just deal with it. Then Zac noticed he was up and at 'em already. He was apologizing for the alarm, but Al wasn't really a grudge dealer. Things happen, y'know? "Nah, don't worry about it..." Al responded, stifling a yawn after as he was still a bit sleepy. "If it weren't for that, I'd probably be sleeping in." And then he mentioned pancakes. Come to think of it, he did look like he was whipping something up... "Pancakes?" he asked, "Aw, dude, I'd love some. Thanks. Call me Al. It's short for Albert."
Blake Reyes After spending a good deal of time sorting out his own wardrobe and personal belongings, Blake came to the conclusion that his roomies probably weren't getting up anytime soon. He didn't want them all to get off on the wrong foot by rudely waking them up, who knows how much of a morning person they were? But if he let them just sleep through the morning, it was a surefire way to get on their bad side he figured. He didn't own an alarm clock, though... And he couldn't just set an alarm on his phone and leave it behind. Who knows what sort of emergencies could prompt the use of it? That left... His watch's pitiful, teeny tiny alarm. Honestly, that watch's alarm barely even fazes him when he needs it to, so its reliability was sketchy. But, it was looking more and more like the best third option he had between acting rude and acting thoughtfully. So on that note, Blake simply set the watch to go off at 7 AM and left it on his bed. He pulled a sticky notepad out to leave a little note next to it as well. "Don't know when you two get up. Don't own an alarm clock either, so this is the best I can do. Sorry. Hope we can get along, though. -Blake" That oughta get his intentions across. With that bit of his conscience clear, Blake set out to grab some breakfast at the cafeteria before moving out for his first class of the day. Which was... Biology! Yeah! Biology! The... The human body! Yeah... Yeah he couldn't get pumped for that if he tried. It sounded awfully boring, really. The classes after that, though... Those seemed a a lot cooler than boring old Biology.
