Sotoki, Airi, Kitsu
The shrine became peaceful and with that the three managed to take a nap. After a while, Airi woke up. Yawning, she stood up and stretched. Looking around, she was relieved to see everyone doing okay. Some were quite sad for the loss of people, but nevertheless they are still safe. As she sighed, she thought 'I hope.. this would all end soon.' "Good mornin- Ow." Sotoki felt pain as he tried to sit up. His body was still probably a bit strained from earlier. Airi giggled "Hehe~ It's afternoon now." The sun was soon about to start sinking, giving the sky a bit of an orange dye. Her grandmother entered the hall and Airi immediately went to her "G-Grandmother! Are you okay?" she was still worried about the old lady. Aside from her going outside, the blue light within her is still flickering. Sotoki assured her that it was just due to oldness, but Airi can't help but think otherwise. "I'm fine. Thank you Airi. I had the others accompany me.. You don't have to worry." the old lady patted Airi on the head after. The head of the shrine always had a bodyguard with her, but they also just can't leave her alone now since she is that old now. Airi's grandmother looked at the others and back to Airi "You should all prepare now.. Kitsu stood up and helped Sotoki up, though Sotoki didn't want to, he took it anyway. "Will you all be fine here grandmother?" the old lady patted Airi again, gesturing for her not to worry anymore. The three then started to pack their items. They were also given some supplies like water as they would probably need it. Everyone gathered at the entrance of the shrine, preparing to bid their young master and her friends goodbye. Kitsu tapped the other two's shoulder, but Sotoki brushed off the hand right away. "Still giving me that attitude huh?" he sighed. Kitsu is grumpy himself, but Sotoki just seemed like he doesn't want to have anything to do with people like him. "Anyway, I shall be off now." Airi wondered, "Off? You're not going with us? Kitsu nodded "Yeah. I'm going to another place." Airi then just nodded and told him to stay safe. As Kitsu started to part from them, Sotoki called "Hey." making him stop. Still keeping his cold look, he told him "Thanks. You did great earlier. I'll thank you for that at least and take care." turning away from Kitsu after finishing, but Kitsu knew it was actually gratitude this time. With that, Sotoki and Airi were back to being just the two of them, but now they should be able to go on better. "Let's go then." he said to her. "Yup. Let's!" The both of them then left the shrine with everyone else cheering for them, hoping for their safety and good luck.
Nikko
As he suspected, the wraiths had appeared. Luckily, none of the shades this time. Wraiths would be easier to handle for them than the shades. However, with the group just being Nikko, Yuriko and three ents to protect them, it was quite difficult. They are managing to move while surviving, but they have slowed down drastically. "Y-Yuriko..! Are you okay?" looking behind him, she was holding on to the ent like she was told to. Nikko felt relieved and continued to defend with the ents. With it like this, he thought he might as well jump down, which he did so. Now, two ents are moving freely to defend the group. He walked in front of the ent carrying Yuriko and did his best to defeat wraiths as well.
