[@KazeXDZ] Hmm not sure about the power since the only elemental character we have so far is electricity, plus that same character has a gang based storyline so far.  Would you be willing to rework those parts of the character?

Also you were gone a HELL of a long time from showing interest in the RP until now, will you be on reliably enough from here on out assuming no freak occurrences?
