I like the idea of her being new. Seems more interesting. :D As for the menfolk... I should be able to handle them. *Insert name here* usually gets her way. lol!

But is it okay if she's been in the position for a few weeks already, and not the day before the RP started? She can still be getting acquainted to everything already.
