I am of the view that one must have a solid setting before they can make a plot within it. It's perfectly possible to do it the other way around, but with a setting in place... well, that's how my creativity functions.

Do you have a main spot to toss stuff like that around or is this thread going to serve that brainstorming purpose? :)
