What on earth was this guy doing? I mean sure he was angry but he had no idea he would take it out on an unafflisted man. Shit...  the sad this was he was so close yet so far, you see muzzleflash can be hidden and no insane sniper would forget that... I mean had the guy read up on him he would had realised something. He had a flash suppressor so to find wim must had been a real ability. Anywho, there was a lot of powergaming involved given that there was no chance for anyone to make a reaction.
