[/quote] In this case it would need to carefully define what could be called property, or else as you said taxation would become difficult if someone can declare money a piece of private property and can not be taken away. So there'd probably need to be something defining property as something akin to land and the ownership there-of, or even land capable of producing usable goods (defined as agriculture, mining, industry, etc. etc.) or possession of land that might otherwise generate revenue (which would be classified as its own thing so as to fully avoid confusion on if a dollar bill is the same as two-hundred acres of wheat fields or something).
