Delilah gave Adelisa a smile and a big hug. "I love you so much, Dela, no matter what happens. Never for get that." She waved to her friend and left the room. She walked to the balcony and was speechless at the gorgeous sunset. The sky was starting to fill with the pinks, oranges and yellows, and the sun was slowly descending as if trying to hide behind the ocean. She scanned the nearby surroundings and her eyes fell upon Jareth laying down in one of the beach chairs of their condo. Lila decided to run to her room and take a quick shower, making sure she was clean and fresh for what she was sure would be happening between her and Jar later. She picked out her best lingerie (after all, everything pointed for a rekindling night, so might as well go all out), put on the same clothes she had been wearing (because, what the hell, they were still clean) showered herself in perfume and left the room with just her room key. Her cel wouldn't be of much use anyway. She was walking towards her boyfriend with an excited smile when she felt it slide off her face at the sight of Jareth talking to another girl that was sitting in the beach chair next to his. She was completely Jar's type: modified, piercings, tattoos all over a petite body, goth-style bikini and punk-emo black and red hair. The girl was everything Lila was not, and in that moment she wandered how had she even gotten Jar's attention in the first place with them being so different. The jealousy monster was growling and baring its teeth menacingly inside of her, desperate to mark her rightful territory. At any other moment, she would have marched purposely towards them and shout endless curses at the girl, but she didn't need a fight with Jareth after having just gained him back. It was one of the things she'd learned and continued to work with in therapy: control your emotions, don't let them take hold of you, love yourself as you are. Instead of causing a scene and jumping into conclusions, Lila watched the scene play out. Ugh, just the girl's body language made her want to set things on fire, but again Lila remained where she was. Jar was smiling, but whatever he had said to the girl caused her to say something back at him and storm off. Even from her distance, she saw his smile widen and the lovely sound of his chuckles reached her ears. The monster in Lila's chest purred in contentment. But, of course, Lila needed to have the last word. Always. "Hi!" Lila called out to the girl with a wave. The girl stopped in her tracks and gave her a questioning look, as if trying her hardest to place her. "Hey." she replied, evidently still struggling to think about where, and if, she'd seen or met her before. "Oh my gosh, you have such beautiful tattoos!" Lila exclaimed in false excitement, pointing at the girl's many tattoos. "They are truly a work of art!" That last bit was true. Goth Girl's tats were absolutely amazing pieces. Goth Girl smirked at Lila in a way that told her she'd evidently been complimented in that way too many times to count or care. "Thanks! You have any tattoos?" the girl asked Lila, crossing her arms across her chest and giving her a curious look. Lila smiled wickedly at her. "Actually, I do," she told her, extending her left hand and pointing to the stars in her wrist so the girl could see. "You see these stars? I get one every time I get a new assault charge for beating up a girl that flirts with my man." Lila looked up straight at the girls eyes with a menacing scowl, her face dead serious. "So, unless you want to become the victim of star number six, I suggest you stay away from my boyfriend. Do you understand me, or do I need to make myself clearer?" The girl gave her a revolted look then hurried away as fast as she could, but not before Lila heard her mutter 'Crazy psycho bitch' under her breath and shake her head. Lila giggled, surprised that her bullshit story had actually worked, and with raised spirits walked to where Jar was. He was looking absolutely handsome with the sunlight illuminating his slightly muscled body, the tattoos Lila had spent endless nights tracing with her fingers (and her tongue, in certain areas), his silky black hair. Lila took the seat the goth girl had left and turned to Jar with the same expression and body position as her. "Hey there, handsome," she told him seductively, biting her lip for an exaggerated effect. "Did it hurt much when you fell from heaven? 'Cause you look like a damn angel, boo."
