I was thinking Fourze, honestly. Something along the lines of starting off with the first four Switches and then slowly gaining the other thirty-six or so.

Otherwise, I did think of a watered down version of Gokaiger's powers, but I'm not really sure which of these two would be suitable for this RP. ;;
