Nah, I liked the background, it wasn't wasted in my mind. It might have changed Aleros' view of the marine somewhat, even if he doesn't say it directly. I'll change the part about pysker powers, i'll think of something less restricting. Unless you want to keep it and try to hide the fact that you're using them from Aleros in a game of cat and mouse.
