Special Abilities: Can mimic the appearance, skills, and abilities of the dead by touch. Louis can control the amount of time copying a dead person beyond the need of the original touch.  

Skills: 

- Mind-Reading/Memory Retrieval: Can look into a deceased person's mind and take back information. Names, dates, acquired skills, etcetera.

- Self-taught Espionage Training: For most of his life Louis learned how to control his powers and use them for his benefit. When you can turn into a rabbit just by holding it's foot, the sky is the limit.

- Degree in Criminal Psychology and Forensic Science: His Mutant gifts made him perfect for the job. Louis has only been a blessing for his community, bring in murderer's who'd never be caught conventionally.

- Basic Police Training: He can shoot straight-ish, luckily. Keeps physically fit and knows standard law-enforcement protocol. Usually perfered working in the lab then out hunting for criminals.

Personality: [indent]Louis is a nice guy, a little recluse but never one to push people away. He isn't a confrontative man, but will fight to the death for what he believes in. Louis enjoys keeping himself busy, either reading or researching when he isn't helping anyone out.[/indent]

Bio: [indent]Born and raised in Central New Jersey, Louis Dexter lived a normal life until he realized that he had a very strange gift. At an early age, Louis found his cat Demezia hit by a fleeing car. He found that he could shapeshift into his dead pet just by simply touching her, knowing and remembering everything she did. Louis kept this gift a secret for years, feeling like a freak. 

It was at the age of thirteen that his powers became apparent to others when he found his father dead. As soon as the boy touched his father he changed into him, going as far as to copy the man's clothes. His mother walked in on the moment, stunned and shocked by the revelation. Louis' mother kept her son's secret and assured him a normal life.

Louis would go on to graduate high-school and college with high honors, getting a job as a forensic investigator in Tampa, Florida. Things where normal for Louis for a while until S.H.I.E.L.D agents began investigating into him. Officials in high command thought Louis as a possible asset, tapping him if the need ever arise. Honestly honored by their interest, Louis has occasionally taken time off from work to help S.H.I.E.L.D. in secret to unravel mysteries once thought unsolvable.[/indent]
