[/quote] This is a very good point too. Like, once you become an adult you can understand a whole range of shit. If your a relatively rounded person (and I think most creative people are at the very least well aware of the world), then you have developed empathy and an understanding of a whole lot of shit. But teenagers? They are still growing mentally. They haven't quite fully developed empathy, and so they can only truly feel a limited range of conditions. Hell, for me at 25, its easier to RP people in their sixties and seventies than it is to roleplay non-adults because the range of development for adolescents and children is so limited, and it is way too easy to look back on your own experience in childhood and accidentally project your adult personality into that.
