"We have done it. We have emerged from our holes...and into civilization"
A young Council Member sat upon hill looking out at the Jungle.
He looks back to see a small gathering of poorly made buildings and food stands.
He gets up and walks back to town, but he wouldn't stay there long for he has the task of trying to find other Civilizations and try to make any kind of trade he can.
An older Council Member approaches him...
"It is time"
The Young Member nodded, and responds nervously.
"I-I will not fail you s-s-sir"
"That has yet to be seen my friend, but you have my utmost respect(He pauses) stay safe"
"I'll try" 
The Older Member laughs.
"Ah I will miss m'boy"
"And I you sir"
They hug.
