[@Seeker] I am sorry but to qualify to be an invigilator, your character must be: 

1) At least 17-18 (this is 8 years ago, current age minus 8)

2) You are a returning member.

At least, that was what I understood from Xodus's early message. I'll let him (pssst [@xodus]) make the final call. :)
