Nadia's parents were both Fire Gemminites who raised her in a woodland cottage away from any towns or cities. They preferred the calm solitude that life in the woods offered as opposed to the busy life of a townsperson, and Nadia grew to be shy and nervous around other people. She was taken during a visit into town with her father, when someone who was collecting another girl decided that she was a better choice.

Though her element is fire, that does not seem to reflect in her personality at all. She is shy and contained, she does not call attention to herself and excels at blending in. She is kind and comforting, but also very fragile, both mentally and physically. If someone were to say that most Fire Gems are like a campfire or torch, then Nadia is a lit candle.
