Wayne Manor was starting to look cleaner. He knew that Alfred kept this place tidy at all times, but there were some rooms that he wasn't allowed in to... But the two of them took care of that. They spent the whole morning taking out some of the less interesting items in the house like old antique furniture, and a room dedicated to all the gifts that Bruce received that he didn't need (for example: a video subscription on how to fight against criminals). After they completed half of rooms, Tim decided to take a break and go down in to the Bat Cave and work on tracking down the Penguin. Dick got a glass of water from the large kitchen, wiping the sweat from his forehead. He wondered if he scared her away with his flowers, and inviting her to flipping some bottles. That was weird, right? Part of him wanted to keep close to Abigail Dent because her story didn't add up, but until Barbara gives him more details on her, he couldn't progress... But then another part of him likes her perky attitude, and how she tries to work for her money... And the way she can kick ass. He felt his phone vibrate, and speak of the devil it was Abbie. She sent another picture, but this time fancied up and with some coffee. It was cute to say the very least. She was offering coffee, and taking him up on his invitation. He stared at his phone, biting his lip gently as he stared at the picture of her. In that instant he got yet another text from Barbara. Her real father was involved in the courthouse incident that left Harvey Dent to lose his career, and his sanity. Did the father die? did he lose her? The man who adopted the little Abigail was the man who made his signature illegible. The other fact was interesting, she was nowhere near any of the dangerous incidents that took place here in Gotham? Was it really just luck? Run the signature with known signatures of Harvey Dent around the same time period of her adoption. Send all you know now to Tim and see if he can help you out too. I'm going to see what I can do. Keep me posted. He sent that to Barbara, then opened up the massage to Abbie. Juggling hot coffee is a bit more dangerous than alcohol. Bottle juggling sounds way better than moving boxes around right now. If you bring two black coffees over, I'll see what we got in the Wayne collection. Its been a while since this place has gotten visitors. He sent the message and tapped the counter, finishing the rest of his water, he called out to Alfred. "Alfred? Is the bar stocked?" Dick called out. "yessir, ready for use... May I ask why?" He replied, walking in to the kitchen with a look of curiosity on his face. "I got a guest coming over with coffee." He said simply with a smile, walking out to get a bit more work done before Abbie came over. He picked up a large box and started to take it up to the attic, opening the door at the end of the south hallway, walking up the stairs, and placing the box of items down. He backed up, and as he did hit his head on a beam. Dust flew everywhere, and Dick let out a colorful word. He heard something fall over. Looking over he saw that an old Monarch Theater advertisement had fallen over. Dick sighed, lifting the large item back in to place. He knew what the Monarch Theater was, and he knew that was when Batman was born. As he made sure it was firmly in place, he saw a glimpse of something out of the corner of his eye. On an old desktop counter was a old looking piece of paper, and he slowly pulled it out from the dust. It was a poster of the Flying Graysons. It had the date on it. The date his parents died. He gave a very faint smile as he looked at the dulled paper. Although it wasn't a terribly long time ago, it hasn't been kind on the cheap circus paper. He lost everything that night, but then gained so much more thanks to Bruce. He was able to stop children from losing their parents like Dick, and even Bruce did. He knew he couldn't bring anyone back, and he was at peace with that. He was glad he was able to help so many other people. He gently rolled up the poster, taking it down with him as he closed the attic door. He went down in to the main hall of the manor, placing it on the desk as he heard the alarm go off telling him that someone had just drove on to the estate. As he walked towards the door, the poster unrolled a bit, but Dick didn't seem to notice. As he thought about what was happening, he hoped that Tim or Barb wouldn't show up at an awkward time of them trying to figure out who she really is... Part of this meetup was to try and learn more about her, but another part just kinda wanted to see her again... was that weird?
