【Full Name】 Nancy Jewels 【Alias(s)】 Doctor Jewels, Miss Left Handed, The Zombie 【Age】 25 【Affiliations】 Corporate St. Bertha's Hospital 【Factions】 Underground Movement Right Hand Clumsy Secretary of the Movement 【Description】
Nancy is a young woman with naturally curly, brown hair and green eyes. Her slim figure fits her average female size of 5'5", though she completely lack any form of bulk that could maker her potent in physical confrontations. She appears to be completely incapable of having a decent hairdo, and she's quite self aware because of it, but despite all her attempts she isn't capable of getting it right. Many would consider her lack of forms and pale skin to be somewhat dissatisfying in the current vision of beauty in the west, but her freckles do leave a cuteness that captured the hearts of multiple males. Her wardrobe is more or less random, she doesn't really have a style and has poor fashion sense. She'll usually go for whatever she sees in a magazine but otherwise she goes for beige and blue. She's almost always seen with brown boots, even during summer and while operating in her "free time".
【Powers】 Necrotic Resurgence: Nancy's ability is said to be humanity's next true step in biological evolution, the ability to no longer have the need to reproduce or worry about a butterfly effect in one's body in the scenario where a simple scratch could lead to a lethal blood infection. Nancy's body can be compared to a typical zombie's, her body is capable of staying alive as long a her brain is intact and her blood is a lot more thick and the average person's but becomes extremely fluid when exposed to air. Her blood is the result of her Metahuman power affecting her in a biological standpoint and essentially allows her to have various effects on her and other people's bodies.

As previously stated, like a typical zombie in fiction, her body is nearly immortal and she can essentially heal any type of wound by simply gluing parts back together. She is also capable of "borrowing" parts of both living and death organic creatures and use their flesh as substitute for lost flesh. She's also capable of acting as a medic to comrades and apply these same effects (however she'll always need to take flesh from elsewhere when helping others). The only way to kill her is to damage the brain stem, any other neurological damage can be healed, so you better aim for dead center. Poisons, drugs and similar things act strangely on her body, whether they lethal or not, and will always cause one symptom: Her vomiting a large amount of her black blood for about ten minutes. Strangely, she rarely seems to be out of said blood even when losing a large amount.
Nancy's blood and flesh can be used as a medium to "revitalize" already deceased cadavers by healing the most glaring wounds and relaunching their cerebral functions. Many could compare these to zombies, though they have no real desire for flesh, they simply serve Nancy like a hive mind, the infected blood and flesh of the progenitor being like a form of drug to them. She refers to them as "Heralds", and they are typically found in two forms.
-The Heralds brought back after being dead. Their cognitive capabilities are generally slow and have almost no recollection of what they were before. They can perform basic speech and tasks. Their best usage would be as flesh shields as their are completely immune to pain and can withstand damage to their body. Damaging any part of their brain will kill them however. They can be giving weapons and they'll use them somewhat efficiently, although their skills leave much to be desired. -The Heralds transformed before death. These are quite difficult to come by as they require to have the host be alive beforehand and withstand a two to three hour operation by Nancy in order to become one of her Heralds. They are much faster and efficient than the dead ones, however they do hold similar weaknesses to normal humans are they're still technically alive. They have little regard for their well being despite retaining most of their individuality, and that's because of Nancy's hive mind effect on them. They can be killed by intense blood loss (shooting up the heart instantly kills them) or destroying the brain. Pain is almost a non-factor. Note: They can all be healed by Nancy, but it can only be a case by case thing. Also, Metahumans affected by this ability will retain their powers when brought back, but depending on how long they were dead and the amount of skill required to use the powers, there will be at least a 50% cut in their power.

The next step of evolution would be to reach a point where her blood can create bio hazards, to possibly act as a poison or a drug to others. Currently she'd able to release a high amount of her blood from her palm as she drowns her enemy with it by placing her hand over their mouth. The thickness of the blood easily strangles them and knocks them out. But she has a long way to go before evolution.
【Skills】 Pros:

Medical prodigy, specialize in neurology and self-taught in plastic surgery
All around genius in biology
Powerful psychological and emotional strength, considered unbreakable due to lack of pain
Unscrupulous
Strangely inconspicuous and easily regarded as dim witted (not too far from the case in various levels)
Cons:

Terrible social skills
Pretty bad in most fields out of her expertise
Complete klutz
Barely combat ready, barely knows how to punch someone, let alone shoot in the heat of the moment
No fashion sense
Absolute neat freak
【Equipment】

Surgery tool kit
Basic first aid equipment
Silenced Pistol
A Machete stocked somewhere in her drawers
A shotgun next to that machete
An old Sedan car
【Ranking】 A 【Brief History】 Twenty five years ago, Doctor Heinrich Jewels assisted in the birthing of his first and only daughter in Bangkok as he was enrolled in a Doctors without Borders mission involving a small rabies outbreak. He was a skilled surgeon and a caring doctor many locals quickly got accustomed too. It wouldn't be a surprise that she'd eventually follow her father's footprints. Her mother was a renown tailor in the area as well, having opened multiple boutiques in Thailand, Germany and the United States. It was safe to say she was part of the top 1% people in terms of riches. However it wouldn't be money that would help her ascend in the Hippocratic ranks. Since the age of 12 she had a strange fascination for organisms and how they were constituted, especially the beauty behind their natural composure. At 15 she was eligible for medical school under very strict conditions, considering her grades were not sufficient to simply skip grades, she had to finish highschool (and just barely), in parallel. When highschool was finally finished, she was already terminating her thesis on neurology and the necrosis of neurons. She rarely talks about it as it is said that someone really close to her inspired her into doing this. One would think it'd be a dead relative, but both her parents are breathing and well to this day. She specialized in neurology but displayed a natural talent in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. She's often seen assisting plastic surgeons, but has yet to perform those by herself, all the while she's had her fair share of neurosurgery. Her metahuman powers are generally kept a secret from her entourage, and are pretty easy to hide as well. If she doesn't actively try to use them on bodies, it is impossible to know what she can do with it. Few people in her Underground entourage are aware of her healing capabilities, but only her absolute superior knows the full extent of her power. Her reasons for joining are unknown, even for the leader, but her powers and determination as well as her general lack of intimidating factors make her an asset despite the uncertainty behind her motives.
