[@Say Anything] I am not sure I responded, and if I didn't I apologize. There is no legitimate significance between wards. They're laid out differently, and some may have different set ups, policies, or amenities, but it's nothing major. For example: the Third Ward has the small solar farm, the Second Ward has some municipal buildings. And some of the "important" people may have slightly larger abodes, but it's not like all poor people are in one Ward, or all police are in one. Also, people will live in the Ward that they work, to prevent having to move across Wards. Movement between Wards is regulated and monitored. Hope that helps! Az
