I was led to what appeared to be a secret gathering of, well, anyone who can/should attack from a distance. This, of course, included me, as well as the viera who tried to kill me earlier with arrows. I couldn't tell who it was, as I couldn't really see her when she attacked, but I knew she was here... whoever she was. Before I had a chance to ask who it was that tried to make me into a porcupine, I was greeted by a summoner... who wore very strange clothing. All summoners did, and I still had no idea WHY they did, so I decided against mentioning it to him... as he probably wielded much more power than I could ever hope to muster. He asked for my name, as well as whether or not I could use the 'fire' spell. I answered with "Robert, sir... and yes, I can cast the most basic of fire spells... that being said, I can't cast anything more than the basic spells, unfortunately. Despite my appearances, I am not a very accomplished mage, yet, to be honest with you," I then think about the strangers for a moment, and recalled a certain way they spoke that led me to believe that they might have encountered these exact beasts before. I would have said something to the summoner, or anyone, however, I couldn't just suggest we leave for a moment to ask them about anything on what amounts to hypothesis and rumor. No, if I was going to tell them to go seek help from our visitors, to take advice from them, I would have to base it on cold, hard facts... or, I could just ask the visitors if they've survived this exact, or a similar, scenario before. If I simply told them to take orders from these visitors because they might have been through this and survived, they wouldn't do it, and they'd call me crazy.
