[HIDER=Aviza Niskaru] Name: Aviza Niskaru Age: 29 Class: Adeptus Sororitas Psyker Powers: None Equipment: Sororitas Power Armor 1. Custom Astartes Mark Vb Godwyn Pattern Bolter: Unlike the standard issue Bolter that most of the Imperium of Man uses, this weapon has been modified with a longer stock and handguard for combat situations that require improved accuracy and better recoil control. Upon the bottom of the weapon is an automatic combat shotgun with a high rate of fire that uses Ignitius Shotgun Shells for close to medium range combat scenarios. On top of the Bolter is a multi-use adjustable scope for any combat scenario that may present itself. 2. Frag Grenade: A Frag Grenade is a small hand-held explosive device meant to hurl shrapnel in all directions. The Space Marines make use of two types of Frag Grenades, either disc shaped with a button in the center that can be pressed repeatedly in order to determine how long until it explodes, or a small egg shape. Both kinds of space marine grenade designs are described as "micro-grenades" and are apparently smaller. 3. Krak Grenade: Krak Grenades are meant to be used against hardened targets such as armored vehicles or buildings, etc. They are designed to implode and produce a powerful pressure wave that can damage armored or hardened targets, rather than explode, as is usually the case with grenades. 4. Atherian Smoke Grenade: The grenade can be used in one of two ways, depending on how it’s deployed. It is most commonly used as a regular smoke grenade that can create a massive cloud of smoke which can be seen from a very far distance. The other use is that the smoke cloud, if using the correct pull pin, will create a cloud of flammable gas. 5. Cyntherian Chainsword: The Cyntherian Chainsword wears the colors of the Adepta Sororitas, it is longer than most other chainswords, the blades on the saw are more durable, and an electrical current runs through them. Aviza insists it was merely a gift from a long lost friend, but its craftsmanship and detail to its unique design say otherwise. Notable Deeds:[As follows - In order] The Amethyn conflict: As soon as it was possible for her to, Aviza was assigned to partake in the one of the bloodiest conflicts she has ever seen to this date. The forces of Chaos had been reportedly seen near the world of Amethyn, where the Imperium of Man had established large colonies of civilians and workers to reestablish a foothold in that area of the galaxy. Sitting alongside many of her own Adepta Sororitas, as well as Imperial Guardsmen and Space Marines, they entered the planet’s atmosphere only to see the planets destruction first hand. Quickly touching down upon the hard concrete floors on the city’s outskirts, they armed themselves and unloaded all of their equipment only to step out into the scene of death and destruction that spread out in every direction around them. It felt unreal, as if this kind of cruelty, of death, destruction, and torture was only something seen in nightmares that originated from the depths of hell itself. Ash fell from the sky and covered their armor as if snow. It appeared to be from the burning buildings around them, but to their unfortunate discovery, the ash came from another source. In the middle of the town was a massive pile of bodies that were being burned, the ash coming from the and covering everything that got in its way. Those were the lucky ones, the people who ended up being killed shortly after Chaos arrived upon the planet. Others, known as The Lost and The Damned wondered the streets not far from where they were, ruthlessly attacking as soon as Aviza and the rest of the forces came into sight. She knew this was only the beginning of the battle that was yet to come, and the numbers of these renegades and mutants seemed to only grow with every one that was killed. Slowly, but surely, the Forces of Chaos were eliminated for the time being, and a moment of rest was upon them to investigate what had truely happened with in the city's walls to have the Chaos forces spread so quickly over a very short amount of time. From within the cities capital, they found The Black Legions flags hanging inside, seemingly untouched from the battle outside. Around the room were grotesque sacrifices and unholy objects that made even Solares, Aviza's squad leader and teacher even want to leave the capital. "Burn all of it, I want nothing standing, then cleanse the area before any of us return." Fire erupted from the capital as it fell into itself, creating an explosion that sent a shockwave across the ground, kicking up a cloud of dirt. It was bound to draw attention to their attention, and that is exactly what happened. This time the Lost and the Damned were not the only ones to show up, for Chaos Space Marines were there to ensure their death. Many days past during that battle, while Chaos threw everything it had at them on the planet’s surface. Aviza lost track of time, and so did the rest of the forces there fighting, had it been a week? two weeks? a month even? there supplies were running low and Aviza knew they would not last much longer. They were out-manned and out-gunned while the forces of Chaos only grew as before. By what she thought was the end of the first month, Aviza was using her basic chainsword, in a duel between a Chaos Space Marine and herself. The chainsword she had positioned every so carefully to fight off the Chaos Space Marine gave out after so many battles and the saw stopped spinning with a loud pop and a display of pyrotechnics followed. The Chaos Space Marine swung at her, missing by only a couple of inches before falling to the ground amidst the battle. Her squad leader Solares was not far from behind her, and loaded another round into the rifle while yelling something at her from over the sounds of the battle. Aviza could not make out was being said but finely felt a sharp, sudden, and extricating pain in her right abdomen. It was a stroke of luck that she had not been shot until this point, but once she was shot, she sure as hell felt the pain from it and her body reacted accordingly. The power armor struggled to keep her upright but her knees gave away before falling onto them. She's still not sure what happened after that but a figure of what appeared to be Space Marine wearing grey power armor, pulled her out of combat and into cover. She turned her head to find out where the rest of her squad was and noticed they were still out in middle of the battlefield fighting, falling before the forces of Chaos. Turning her head to find out who had rescued her, the space marine was gone and was nowhere to be found among those who were fighting. Something changed in her that day, she became who she is now, a veteran solider, someone who truly deserves to wear the name of Adeptus Sororitas. Pushing herself back up onto her feet, she grabbed a shotgun from one of the many dead Imperial Guardsmen around her and pushed forward, limping with a grunt of pain every time she took a step. By the end of the battle, only herself, her teacher Solares, and the Space Marines still stood upon the battlefield. "That, Adeptus Sororitas, is what we Space Marines call Trial by Fire." Aviza's shotgun hung weakly in her left hand, the barrels glowing from being used to the point of almost disintegrating. Her face was pale from losing so much blood, and the pain kept her on the verge of passing out. In the time from when she was wounded and to the end of the battle, she managed to kill thirteen Chaos Space Marines and twenty four random Chaos Forces. "Are my skills needed anymore?" she said in a weak voice, struggling to stay upright. One of the Space Marines shook his head and laughed, "We won the war for Amethya." Aviza spoke in an even more weak voice, "Congratulation to all of us, wake me up when we are no longer on Amethya." and with those last words she passed out cold upon the floor beneath her. She wasn't sure if it was a dream or if she was just hallucinating, but she was being carried and then placed onto the drop ship by the same Space marine with Grey armor who had pulled her into safety only a couple hours ago. Once she was fully healed and able to speak to the Space Marines that had joined her and the rest of her squad on the battle, she respectfully asked if there had been matching the description of grey armor with them on the planet with them at any time. Their answer was of course "No Sister of Battle, there was no Space Marine with grey armor with us or on the planet at all." Asking for more information on who saved her, the Space Marines merely laughed beore turning and leaving. To this day, Aviza still has no idea who pulled her to safety and who carried her to the drop ship during the Amethyn conflict.
