Veltis is a white Caucasian, pure skin pigmented male whom stands at 6 feet tall, possessing a slim feminine build. Supporting a silver set of swept back flowing waist length straight hair, and possessing heterochromia, his left eye is a brilliant gold, while his right is a brightly lit green.

As for his clothes, Veltis is equipped with a golden forehead bangle adorned with a unicorn looking horn at the front, which spikes upwards, his ears are pierced with golden rings all the way around the tip of the ears and he wears a dark blue dyed lizard scaled jacket, white trimmed, white buttoned and supporting white cuffs, along with white plated shoulder circular pauldrons. He wears a pair of steel leggings and boots, being heavily armored as a result.

Veltis was raised to be a gentleman, raised to always put others before himself in order to please and be accepted by others for who he is, not shying away from answering or asking questions, he tries to befriend others with his kind attitude and humbleness, hoping to let others see that he's a man who will go an extra mile for them and not be some moocher who is only after them for something they have. 

Though pretty kind, he is incredibly flamboyant, and rather feminine in the way he moves and speaks, having a large amount of grace with his movements, making himself appear comedic at times. When it comes to serious scenarios, Veltis tries his best to help in any way he can, it pains him to see his comrades or innocent strangers feeling depressed or conflicted and it brings him joy to just be able to help them ease their pain, if he can. 

Veltis can be rather stubborn however when it comes to helping others, which can get him into some trouble, but believes that if he doesn't keep trying, then there's no point to his existence. Believing that everyone should band together in equal unison to bring the world forward, he loves giving people compliments to raise moral among his allies.

With quick and fast paced steps, the greatbow wielding human ran as fast as he could through the busy streets of the beautiful city, with agile quickness he zipped and dodged incoming civilians on his way towards the town square, it wasn't until just a few minutes ago after arriving in the glorious and elegant city that he found a note detailing the sign up for a quest that was not only paying handsomely, but was also helping eliminate some of the monsters which had been attacking the populace, and with the money, he could simply give it to those affected by the monster attacks, it was as good as plan as any. The young, flamboyant human male speaking with a hurried tone the quicker he evaded each person he ran past.

Eventually the male was able to curve past the civilians in his was with his slim figure and reach the bustling and loud town square, his peculiar eyes met the gaze of a plethora of races, warriors wizards and others, a smile rested on his smooth face once met with the meeting of many.

Sighing contently, Veltis checked his large quiver with interest, a hand laid relaxingly upon his hip, making sure to check his equipment so as he would be prepared to for the upcoming mission, His bow, glistening and elegant, ready to consume the flesh of monsters, so as the populace could walk among the plains without fear, his glistening eyes shun in the light of the sun, with sworn protective instinct, he walked ahead, prepared to begin.

Equipment: 

Ebilis Lanquis: A large black dragon scaled greatbow fitted with a mithril string and adorned with phoenix feathers, The Ebilis Lanquis uses large arrows in order to destroy opponents from afar, fitted more for taking out larger monsters like wyverns or other creatures, this strong, durable weapon his Aldo's most favourite possession.

On his person, he usually stores a boxed purse containing gold, a pocket watch, his own fermented perfume along with an assortment of trinkets collected over the years which he keeps in his pockets, He also possesses a selection of great arrows w/ large boxed quiver upon his back.

Ability/Magic/Technology: 

Ranger Mastery: Controlling his breath and his adrenaline, Veltis is able to use a variety of different variables to make the perfect shot, taking into consideration all the steps that could change the speed, distance and arc of his great arrows, he is able to align the perfect hit, and use this knowledge to increase his accuracy for hitting weakpoints and other objects significantly.

Agile: Having such a slim and feminine figure gives him a very acrobatic physique, allowing him to dodge, launch, leap and roll to avoid, escape and get to points of interest. This allows him to stay on his toes, to maneuver should an enemy pursue him. 

Silver tongued: Possessing such a gentlemanly and humble voice, Veltis is able to use his kind, persuasive ways to gain a vocal advantage in a scenario should it involve it.

Arrow conjuration: Using his will, he is able to conjure up a great arrow made of his own mind for use in combat, though cannot do this infinitely, however it is stronger.

Arrow rain: Shooting a greatarrow into the sky and firing a conjured arrow into it, allows for the original arrow to burst into a rain of smaller splintered shards which bombard a radius.
