She nodded politely listening as he described his gaming hobby. When he mentioned numbers she tilted her head curiously. She hadn't heard anyone talk about numbers in respect to video games unless they were trying to build a video game. She thought it was intriguing but didn't push the subject. She got the feeling that he didn't ovey enjoy conversation so she decided to just listen and let him fall to silence when he was finished. She was slightly surprised to see the town so empty. She had assumed that surely somebody would have leveled as much as they had. As they walked through the gate she noticed the odd scratches on the wall. She wandered over to get a closer look, and froze in her tracks when she realized what was etched into the wall. Tears immediately sprung to her eyes, she couldn't help it. She covered her mouth with one hand and with her other she slowly reached out and touched one of the hundreds of names on the wall. She took a deep breath trying to overcome her sorrow for the fallen but she suddenly realized something. These names had been etched here by someone. She wondered if the player or players who had done this were still here. She cautiously looked around, "we shouldn't stay here long," she said quietly, roughly wiping her eyes with the back of her hand. She cleared her throat, "I've got a bad feeling about this."
