Servant Character Name: Anita Morgan Age: 27 Gender: Female Occupation: Scullery Maid Appearance:

Personality: Anita is plain spoken and blunt, almost to the point of rudeness but she is as unfailingly honest as she can be under the circumstances. She has a lot of bitter anger and resentment lingering inside her and is prone to lashing out in her frustration at those who don't deserve it. She apologizes quickly however, and does her best to make up for whatever hurts she causes and holds on to the guilt she feels longer than she probably should. She has a kind heart, but she is stubborn and willful, and she tends to get carried away with her emotions. History: Anita lived with her mother and grandfather in the Hackamore Village. Her grandfather was a servant of the Lord Sinclair, and would accompany him on the man's travels. Her childhood was full of love and stories at her grandfather's knee, and memories of the happiness his visits would bring her mother. Then one summer, when Anita was around her early teens, his visits abruptly stopped. Instead he would send them infrequent letters, cryptic and terse as he insisted that he could not come home, that they should under no circumstances visit him, or attempt to reach him at the Manor. His rare letters did nothing to sooth their concerns, and Anita could not understand why things had changed, why would her beloved grandfather make her mother cry. What had they done to deserve to be shunned like this. After a while, Anita refused to write him any more letters, because the reply was always the same- stubborn and unreasonable. By the time she reached her twenties she was full of resentment for her once beloved grandfather, and when his letters stopped coming she found it to be more of a relief than anything. Then, after years of silence between them, she sent him one final letter. Mama is dying. Please Come Home. He didn't. Her mother died of pneumonia that winter, and Anita was left alone to buried her mother. Angry and grieving, Anita finally decided to do what her mother had always forbidden when she was younger and go up to the Sinclair Mansion to demand an explanation. She has been there ever since. Growing up in an orphanage, he is very thankful for the opportunities he has had in life and optimistic about the future. He is generous towards others, always willing to lend a hand or an ear to strangers and compassionate to their troubles. He tries his best to offer whatever help or comfort he is capable of, but willingly admits that his is naive to the ways of the world and does not have all the answers. He is fresh faced and idealistic, but also passionate about the mysteries of the world both earthly and otherworldly. History: Marco grew up in an orphanage run by Sister Adelaide of the Holy Church. She was a kind hearted woman who instilled in him respect, moral virtues and a love for scripture. He joined a boys choir for the church in the city and earned a scholarship to pay for his education when his voice finally broke from his once boyish tenor into a rich and gentle baritone that belies his still boyish face. His college education focused mainly on counseling and delving deep into church philosophy and spirituality, and soon after its completion he joined the Church proper. He has finally been assigned his own parish, a moderately small village called Kimblewick, which to reach he has had to pass through many small villages. Hackamore was one of the villages he had to pass through, and although he did not stay long, it was long enough to hear rumors and warnings of the Sinclair Manor. He had hoped to pass through the Trammel forest quickly, but was caught in the storm.
