Listening to the introduction Terra gave, while at the same time, trying to get adjusted to his new form and wondering if there were lakes close by to get a peek of himself, Basco looked over towards Terra from a piece of information she gave. when one of the others spoke up, asking a question or two, he folded his arms while raising an eyebrow. "Yeah I wanna know the same things as what the cool tattoo guy asked and the cutie girl questioned. and...uh....I couldn't help but hear you say....we are now citizens.
