Emilia inched towards the little bird cautiously, making sure to be as quiet as possible. She didn't want her breakfast to fly away. With one swift pounce Emilia landed on top of the bird and bit into it's neck, killing it quickly. Thank goodness. It wasn't much, but it was better than eating berries. She shifted and got to work on plucking the feathers and just preparing the little thing. It was a messy process, but she wasn't bothered by it since she was used to doing it. Emilia cooked the bird over a quick fire then quickly started eating, eager to finally have something in her stomach. Henry spoke with one old lady that came there everyday. She was very small but spoke rather loudly. Very nice though, so Henry could handle it. Henry gave her her morning pastries and she paid before heading on her way. Henry chuckled a little and continued to work. Sometimes his day become rather monotonous, but he worked through it. It wasn't like it was exactly unpleasant either.
