[@yoshiskittlez] Does Ancora need to have Columbians to have Columbian drugs? Philosophical RP questions, lol. I'm sure that the Devil's Breath could exist independently in different regions of the world at the same time.
But to answer the question, I feel like a city like New Ancora might get the occasional immigrant? Maybe even a Columbian. But it'd probably be hella rare and involve massive amounts of paperwork or something.
