How about a 'Recall' trait, which would allow Psy-Warp to dispel telekinetic barriers and recover some of the Energy she'd used to project them?

There's also the option of having her create hovering platforms to aid in transport (giving her the [i]Levitation[/i] status effect like Bumblebee) and grant a bonus to Defence.
