Gun Manipulation: Ability to control guns. Like telekinisis but stronger and limited to firearms or parts of firearms.
Gun Summoning: Can make a gun appear out of thin air. Guns obtained this way will dissolve after some time.
Gun Creation: Using several parts from multiple guns, Sam can create a stronger gun.

Weaknesses: 
Gun manipulation requires concentration. Not a lot, but it is still neceseary for the power to be used.
Gun summoning requires energy. He can't endlessly summon guns or he will tire himself out. He can't summon ammo either, so if a gun is empty, he needs to summon a new one.
Gun creation requires guns. No guns means no gun creation. Also, when he creates one, it takes time as he is actually making a new gun that didn't exist before on the spot.

Skills: Expert marksman, knows his way around guns. He is also pretty stealthy.

Personality: Cool, likes to work on his own. Thinks he can sometimes trust his guns more then the people around him.

History: Sam had an average life. Average parents with an average school with average bullies. This changed however one day when he got mad at one of the bullies and acted like he was going to shoot him. Before he knew it, the gun he imagined in his hands became real and he actually shot the guy. The gun dissolved seconds later so there would be no evidence against him except for witnesses, but he was afraid of what could happen. He ran away from home, lived on the streets, and eventually ended up in Darlow. There he finally got a simple job and a simple apartment. He just wishes to be left alone from now on, not knowing that loneliness would become his biggest enemy.
