Information: Uther is the new transfer student from overseas and started attending this school only recently. He dislikes moving all the time cause not only does he not get to spend time with his parents but he also gets no  time to make any friends and it's because of this that he is timid in nature. He mainly communicates through his two puppets Bunny and Cat which could be awkward too some people. Don't let his attitude fool you though because when it comes to dueling, Uther is quite the powerhouse with his Fluffal deck.
