[@Leb] As far as the PD goes I'm thinking standard officers would probably have a rifle, pistol and stun baton. Picture something like a mmilitary police would have. SWAT officers would probably carry more advanded stuff: higher caliber armor and weapons. For how high tech the weapons are, check out the Deus Ex wiki on weapons. Explains it better than I could haha
