Absolute terror flashed in her eyes, her pupils shrunk to pinpoints. She wanted to scream, but she couldn't-- she couldn't do anything. She wanted to turn her head to see her companions, what were they doing? She wondered. Were they paralyzed at the mere sight too? She doubted it. [i]Fool! Fool!
