A pain shot through her head. That's the main reason why she sat up quickly, her eyes flying open. Her head whipped around, blonde hair flying every where, and she took a few deep, panicked breaths. She had been at home only an instant ago. She stared down at her white gown, now beginning to get stained with dirt. She took a deep breath and stood up, trying to walk. She almost immediately fell back down to the ground, though, as a pain shot through her ankle. She looked down at her foot and noticed the ankle was swollen. That was a hard fall for her to sprain or even break her ankle. She heard her name being called and she looked around. A little ways away, she saw Lorena's bright hair shining. Moving quickly, she limped as fast as she could over to her sister and threw her arms around her, drawing in a deep shuddering breath. She drew away slowly, looking around. They were on Earth now, easy to tell by the similarities between their home planet and this one. She drew weight off her foot as she stood, leaning heavily on her left as her right foot dangled helplessly. She looked carefully at her sister and signed, Where's V? Do you remember what happened? The bright lights in the sky filtered down on them and Angel could feel the warmth from those other stars. She didn't remember anything before the fall. She must've blacked out because the last thing remembered was yesterday. She couldn't remember anything from today. She looked around and saw they were in a field, a broad open space. She felt very exposed and grabbed her sister's arm, making sure that she wouldn't go anywhere. If she had the ability to scream, she would be screaming loudly for V because she at least wanted all of them together again, but unfortunately, as a mute, she couldn't exactly sign loudly. She would have to trust her sister to be able to call loud enough for the both of them.
