[b]Reason for joining the Outcasts:[/b] A life of crime leads to a life of pain. Cameo received harsh punishments whenever she was caught stealing, leaving the scars on her body. One day she broke the law just once too often and, after being beaten within an inch of her life, she was left in the desert to die. The Outcasts found her, fixed her up, and she joined them.
