Oh, by the old by, when I'm playing this character I tend to find it easier to work him into the 'quest' story if he's being dragged into it by another party member, seeing as how he doesn't much have the stomach for adventuring of his own accord. The first time, he'd been arrested and was released into the custody of the party leader as 'public service'.

 If nobody wants to, I can think up a reason, but if someone'd like to volunteer to be strongarming Tobias into this little shindig, that might be fun.
