[@Weird Tales] merc characters are wildcards by nature, so you can drop then anywhere the plot's going on and do whatever makes sense for the character. whether they eventually choose to side with one group or the other is entirely up to you.

also just want to let everyone know that progress [i]is[/i] being made right now and we're sorry for the wait! the timeskip posts should be up soon, and then the plot will be in full gear, with a few different scenarios to pick and choose from for where you want to throw your characters.
