i'll find some way to get aya to the mayor's office too, though she's still a civilian lol. idk how much she'll actually [i]help[/i] but her power's useful.

a note about characters, there've been comments on maybe reexamining power levels in this rp, and exactly how powerful A ranking characters are compared to S or SS. so i'll be taking another look at the different characters and seeing if anyone needs to change their ranking or weaken their characters. this'll likely take a while to do, so stay tuned. i'll tell people if they need to edit via pm.
