Certainly! It is more reliant on the use of propellors than it is of having a giant balloon, which I felt would not survive at all if it was hit by pretty much anything that we are flying through right now. For basis, I am grabbing a picture I feel is a bit more reasonably close to what I would like. Just figure it being overall larger than the picture. here. That means more propellers, more guns, and more space. 

It does have the steel covers because it is a warship, but they couldn't make the entire thing out of steel, thing would be so damn heavy it would never leave the ground, and likely would never have to worry about the storm either! So, for the sake of not having an easy mode, ship is wood, but then metal plating around that, and also right now an ice covering as well.
