John Smith is my name. I must be John Smith, for the Good Of Our World. John Smith will prevent Evil from falling upon our Universe," 'John Smith' chanted to himself as he flitted over the campus grounds, half a meter off the surface. He remembered the Divine Signs that had been given to him by the Grand Unified World God of Everything. Black hair, amethyst eyes... Not that he would need the Signs. Not really. As soon as he lay eyes on her, nay, as soon as he felt her presence approaching, he would know. No need for signs, although he would never dare shun the gifts of the One True Grand Unified World God of Everything. But One so gifted as Wel-- one so gifted as John Smith would sense the presence of the Chosen One long before his eyes confirmed the Signs. John Smith did not need to see to believe. John Smith hit his head and fell to the ground. "What--" John Smith brushed himself off. Clearly the Grand Unified World God of Everything had meant him to hit his head. The very idea that he should have been watching where he was going, rather than believing he would be led along the right path, was absurd, and John Smith quickly dismissed it. Opening his eyes, he saw a tree. Clearly a Blessed Tree indeed, to have been so fortunate as to come into contact with the Divine Prophet Seer "John Smith". He made a strange gesture around the part of the tree that had hit him, which was totally a Spell of Divine Protection and Ultimate Caring and not a vague, random movement he had made up on the spot. Well, whatever. Spells could be made up on the spot, if the caster was gifted enough. And John Smith was extraordinarily gifted, as the Divine Prophet Seer and Harbinger of Ultimate Destruction And/Or Salvation. John Smith backed away from the Tree, surveying his work. The Tree blossomed brighter than before, with a more... idiosyncratic quality. Because John Smith absolutely knew the meaning of the word "idiosyncratic". Of course he did. He could even read its meaning on the Grand Tapestry of Life, the Universe, and Everything. It meant... um... He concentrated. Hard. Eureka! It meant "forty-two-esque". The Blessed Tree would bear forty-two times more fruit this year! Content that his Blessing on the Idiosyncratic Tree was both beautiful and meaningful, John Smith resumed his not-at-all-random roaming over the campus, his wondrous white hair flowing behind him.
Pearl Cloud Candy
"Oh!~~" exclaimed Pearl as she fell on her dainty rump. She blushed bright red and remained where she had fallen, devastated as she was to have harmed a fellow student and potential friend. "Oh!~~" she exclaimed again as Snuggles scampered off. She had let go of him when she fell. Poor baby!! She hoped he would be okay all be himself on this big campus!! Tears started to well in her eyes, until she accidentally looked up-- and noticed that senpai was offering her a hand!!! Cloud's eyes widened, and a shy but enormous smile crept onto her face. She took the girl's hand and jumped up, excited to meet the super nice girl. Her pale blue hair fluttered around her as she bounced up and down eagerly. "M-My name is Pearl Cloud Candy," she said, half-shyly, half-proudly. "You can call me Cloud. Or Pearl. Whatever you want! <3 Would you like to be my friend?" she inquired. She really really really really hoped the girl would say yes. And oh, was that a panda poking out of her backpack? Kawaiiiii~~! <3 <3 She waved discreetly at the adorable little animal.
