[@thewizardguy] considering the sergals weren't complete tactical idiots, they had actually scanned before hand using pulse sensors which were quite useful for getting around jamming technology albeit at the cost of loss of pinpoint percision, giving the sergals a general area where the security room would be, narrowing it down to a particular section of the ship albeit the options were only narrowed down to about four rooms, making the take a good while to search each one before finding the room they were looking for and beginning to deactivate the security systems along specific paths that were needed while also getting a more in-depth map of the ship (as well as deactivating the extermination protocol)
