[@Bleu Chess] Money will be gained after battles but most of your character's income will come from jobs. Battles are more for rewarding items and equipment so it'll be important to prevent sitting out from a battle. As for the second issue: multiple people can have the same compatible Arcana but that means they will have to share their Persona compendium (for the compatible Arcana only) and if one person already owns a specific Persona, the other people can't access it until the first person removes it from their party. This will give you incentive to have different compatible Arcana. And if you have a compatible Arcana that is someone else's Main Arcana, then the Main Arcana person has priority on all of those Personae.
