As a prosecutor for many years, he does know ins and outs of the law. Information he can 
use to intimidate or threaten people.

Due to nature of his jobs he has acquired some connections in police force and in various 
circles. Not to say that they all or most would be friendly towards him...

evaluation of evidence.

Due to a poisoning his neural work was left damaged. His subconscious does bring around 
additional people to talk with or some bizarre things around him. 

[color=FF0000][i]Sight[/i][/color] 
Due to a poisoning his eyesight was damaged. Without his visor his eyesight is poor and 
even with visor he cannot see everything. Colors and shapes aren't too accurate to him.

[color=FF0000][u][b]Inventory:[/b][/u][/color]
Suitcase that holds D-Pad for communication and information and Case files in paper. And a Vacuum flask filled with coffee.
He has a .32 Automatic Pistol Sig Sauer just in case.

[color=FF0000][u][b]Cybernetic Implants:[/b][/u][/color] Visor: Years ago put on his forehead. 
Visor processes the images in front of him and uses low-powered lasers to give him a 
visualization into his eyes. Though it gives him sort of night vision, the resolution is 
not special, he cannot see too far away and some colors are a mess to him.

[color=FF0000][u][b]History:[/b][/u][/color]
Born in Central America to a decent family with sister and two brothers. The family had a good income due to father being a Commissioner in Police Force and mother being a doctor. The childhood was spent in better districts of the city, and the school was above average in quality, so the children did fine in school.

Diego passed high school with fine grades and applied to the University in Miami, for the Central America was too full of corruption to read Law and become a honest to good Attorney in Law. During the six years of studies despite the financial support from his family he searched part time jobs for himself in security, Librarian and as a door-to-door sales man, and in his two final years he got a part in Brothers Colbert agency as a trainee. 

After getting his license to practice law officially, he continued with the Brothers Colbert agency for three years before moving to the City at the age of 29. With the recommendations from Brothers Colbert he started his prosecuting career. His methods were effective to a degree, working by foot himself to ask questions before sending police to collect more evidence for his cases. Three years to his prosecuting career he found himself with a big one. Corruption scandal within a Foundation. But as he was gaining more and more evidence, a certain interview in a coffee table proved to be almost fatal to him. His coffee cup was poisoned with a neural toxin putting Diego into year of Coma. With strong medication he was waken up to find his sight being a mess, body crippled and mind hallucinating. His hair was dyed white with the toxin. 
Next two years were spend to get his body back in shape and gaining information up to date with himself to be able to continue as a prosecutor. Before long he had a weekly routine keeping himself fit and his neural work in shape.

Life after that? Back to prosecuting. The Foundation had gone underground after another prosecutor continuing the case unsuccessfully, but the City has a lot of trouble with new cases coming up weekly. And Diego has continued with cases, calmly and and slowly gaining name among the law enforcement.

[color=FF0000][u][b]Personality:[/b][/u][/color] Diego Armando is a melancholic man with no illusion that city would be out of crime. But that is what brings the coffee to his morning table. He pursues the cases with calm determination in order to get the suspected in the hands of law. 
Law and the truth in case is absolute for him. If there is a crime, there is a punishment... Though depending on the case the penalties can be discussed.  
He does enjoy his coffee.
[color=FF0000][u][b]Motivation:[/b][/u][/color] Criminals that are out there. Big fishes, small fries, some should have it coming. Some on the other hand deserve less. But they all must be weighted in front of the Goddess of Law
[color=FF0000][u][b]Character Goals:[/b][/u][/color] Find criminals. Find evidence to put them behind bars... Or with ultimate penalty.
