The Bank-Monument Underground Station Complex is a recognised disaster shelter and still has some civilians inside. Officially since they're in a secured site the civilians would be classed as having been evacuated to safety. Hearing Rocksmith's epic guitar the girls couldn't help but be lured out into the open.

Luckily the Roadies already have their N[sup]th[/sup] Space Containment Field prepared, which transports the fan's 1-100[sup]th[/sup] of a second out of phase with reality, making them totally immune to all battlefield effects as long as the hamster doesn't stop spinning its wheel so they should be safe from harm for now.
