Looking at Roxy, Oliver was a little thrown off with the sudden stop of the fight. Oliver saw the one that was punching the wall and listened to Vlad explain what animal DNA was placed in the boy. Oliver didn't take any interest when it came to explaining how the whole DNA thing worked, but...he needed to learn how to activate his abilities at will. If Roxy and Oliver was to go all out, she would have the advantage since she was more at used to her spliced abilities.
