A1) The Dark One...Is your character Batman? 

B) Your character's personality is fairly unrealistic. Like, he's intimidating and claims he will "KILL FOR WHAT HE WANTS", but he also happens to be a nice guy. 

C) Read the bio...Yup, he's Batman. 

D) Magic is not allowed in this rp. I'm almost 100% certain that's explicitly stated in the rules. 

E) I'm not sure if this is in the rules or not, but ghosts are also not allowed. 

Altogether, I cannot accept this character. His power is against the rules, he has a very unrealistic and conflicting personality, and his weaknesses do not count for the effect that he can use some form of fancy "death magic" which you did not describe the effects of. Sorry.
